What is collected

The founding-readers form collects an email address, an optional first name, the place where the signup occurred, and the date permission was given. A private, time-limited verification token is also stored until the address is confirmed.

The listening form collects the question or reflection a visitor submits, a selected topic, a sharing preference, and any optional name or reply email the visitor provides.

How it is used

Email information is used first to send one confirmation message. Regular newsletters have not begun. If they begin later, readers will be told clearly. Questions help identify subjects readers want explored. A submission marked private will remain private. If anonymous discussion is permitted, identifying details will not be published.

What is not collected

Please do not submit medical records, emergencies, passwords, financial information, or highly sensitive personal information. Grace at the Roots does not sell subscriber information.

Choice and removal

Joining the email list is optional. Every future email will provide a way to unsubscribe. Information will be retained only as long as it supports the purpose for which it was provided.

For informational purposes only—not medical advice.
